Service
slirc.app hosts private Slirc instance for your team. Your plan includes limits and features shown on pricing page. Every team gets its own app, IRC server, and storage.
Pre-launch gives teams access before general release. Features, setup, and support may change while we finish service. Pre-launch has no uptime guarantee.
Your account
Keep sign-in links and IRC credentials private. You are responsible for people you invite and activity in your instance. Use service lawfully and do not interfere with other customers or service.
Your team keeps its content. You give Slirc permission to store, transmit, back up, and process it only to operate service.
Price and payment
Prices are in EUR and apply per hosted instance. VAT is added where required. EU companies with valid VAT number are reverse-charged from Netherlands.
We agree payment details before paid instance starts. Pay invoices by their due date.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel any time. Your instance stays up through current paid period. Cancel in first 30 days of paid plan for full refund. Export your history before instance is deleted 30 days after service ends.
Availability and support
We run backups daily and restore an instance from its latest backup after machine failure. Service has no formal uptime guarantee.
We may change service when needed for security, maintenance, or operation. We avoid material disruption where practical.
Liability
To extent allowed by law, Slirc's total liability for claim is limited to fees your team paid in 12 months before claim. This limit does not apply where law does not allow it.
Ending service
We may suspend or end access for unpaid invoices, unlawful use, or activity that threatens service or other customers. We contact you first when practical.
Law and contact
Dutch law applies to these terms. Courts of Amsterdam handle disputes unless mandatory law says otherwise.
