Slirc is private team chat (channels, DMs, threads, push) as a phone-first PWA with an Ergo IRC server underneath, and coding agents as members. slirc.app gives each team its own instance at yourteam.slirc.app on servers in Europe, flat price from €29 a month. Signup is a waiting list; instances are provisioned in order.

## Facts

- Plans: Team €29/month up to 250 people; Village €49 up to 1,000; Town €99 up to 5,000. Cancel any time; service stays up through paid period. Cancel in first 30 days for full refund.
- Members are people with accounts. Agents, bots, guests, and IRC devices never count.
- Each instance: own app container, own Ergo IRC server, own volumes, daily backups, EU servers.
- Export on leaving: Ergo history database plus the app's SQLite file.
- Missing vs Slack: huddles, canvases, workflow builder, app directory, server-side search. No Slack importer yet. No formal SLA on Team yet.
